Jan-Christoph Schubing

I am Jan-Christoph Schubing, born in 1978, founder and managing director with extensive expertise in marketing and sales as well as international experience. As a graduate in business administration (FH Ludwigshafen) with focus on marketing, I have acquired in-depth knowledge in these areas and enriched it by living and working in Japan for 1.5 years. As a married father of two children, I combine professional excellence with family values. During my studies, I was involved in the International Research Team CNB Market Engineering and as Chairman of the Board of Students of East Asia Management e.V. My passion for sports and social commitment is reflected in my many years as head of the triathlon department at TSG Grünstadt. Today, as a member of the German Alpine Club, a supporter of World Vision and the German Environmental Aid Association, I am committed to social and ecological projects. Professionally, I have held varied and challenging positions. Since April 2021, I have been a Managing Director and member of the Executive Board at Linunga Strategie GmbH & Co KG in Altleiningen, specializing in investment management. This is where I contribute my extensive knowledge of corporate management and strategic planning.
Since January 2023, I have also been a Managing Director of Dramet Holding GmbH in Kleinmaischeid. Here, I contribute to a successful management by specifically expanding US and Chinese Market.
Before 2018, I worked as a sales consultant and sales officer at DRADURA Holding GmbH, where I was responsible for setting up reporting structures in sales, managing international projects and developing sales strategies for various markets. My successes include the international rebranding and the implementation of new technical product platforms.
Before 2018, I worked as a Key Account Manager at Drahtzug Stein, where I was in charge of the major customers in field of household appliance and furniture industry. Here I was able achieve significant increases in sales, successfully won back customers and implemented strategic price increases. I am particularly proud of the acquisition of the world's largest furniture retailer as a permanent customer.
