An initial consultation is free of charge for you. We will have a non-binding telephone conversation and/or a face-to-face meeting, during which we will have an open and results-oriented discussion. The main aim of this meeting is to get to know each other and to understand your specific starting situation. We also discuss the possible framework conditions for a collaboration. Based on this dialog, we decide whether to initiate a joint project.
As soon as we have decided to work together, we start with a detailed analysis of your initial situation. This first step usually takes place in a smaller group in order to precisely record the expectations of the shareholders and/or management. We then inform all team members about the project in a kick-off meeting. From this point on, we start our work mode with specific analyses of your current situation. Once sufficient information has been gathered, we switch to the planning phase and draw up a project roadmap. In the subsequent implementation phase, we carry out the planned measures and continuously check their effectiveness in order to make immediate adjustments if necessary.
The duration of a collaboration varies depending on the individual objectives and project scope and can range from three months to 18 months. If the duration exceeds 18 months, we refer to this as an interim assignment.
